Yashica Davis, MBA 

As the Director of Rejuvenate Restore Med Spa, Yashica brings a wealth of expertise, holding multiple degrees and specializing in fields such as law, HR, and business. In addition to leading the med spa, Yashica is a signed model, fashion blogger, and business owner, with a deep passion for beauty and fashion. Her personal journey toward prioritizing self-care began in her early 30s, and she believes that age is just a number—everyone has the power to define how they look and feel, regardless of age. As a devoted mother of two sons, ages 24 and 19, Yashica understands the importance of balancing self-care with life’s many responsibilities.”

Dr. Delenya Allen, MPH, MD 

Is a highly skilled surgeon excited to return to her home state of Georgia. She completed her internship and residency in General Surgery at Howard University Hospital in 2017, followed by advanced fellowship training in weight loss surgery, minimally invasive techniques, and robotic surgery at NYU Winthrop Hospital in New York.

With a passion for promoting weight management and overall wellness, Dr. Allen expanded her expertise with additional training in nutrition, fitness, and aesthetic procedures. She takes a holistic approach to patient care, focusing on enhancing health, vitality, and happiness—far beyond the mere absence of disease.

In addition to her medical practice, Dr. Allen is a certified fitness instructor and proudly introduced Inferno Hot Pilates to the Atlanta community. Outside the operating room, she enjoys leading high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions and mentoring students in fitness.

In her personal time, Dr. Allen embraces an active lifestyle, hiking, preparing plant-based meals, and spending time with her two dogs and her beloved newborn.

Dr. Taian Wang 

Is an expert of Traditional Chinese Medicine and received his Master of Science in Acupuncture from the New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a Doctorate Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Five Branches University of California. He specializes in patients with neck, shoulder, lower back, and sciatica nerve pain, as well as facial rejuvenation. Dr. Wang has a decade of experience in rehabilitating patients, focusing on pain management specifically for those who are considering or recovering from surgical procedures.

Blair Trunnell, RN-BSN 

Is our Lead Cosmetic Injector, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. A registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia College & State University (class of 2010), Blair has over 14 years of nursing experience, including 10.5 years in some of Atlanta’s leading emergency departments. She has worked at multiple Level 1 trauma centers, including pediatric ERs, and played a pivotal role in Harlem, New York, contributing to COVID-19 relief efforts at the height of the pandemic.

Four years ago, Blair transitioned into aesthetics, where she found her passion as a full-time nurse injector and laser technician, performing a wide range of advanced cosmetic treatments. She is excited to lead as our cosmetic injector, blending her extensive medical background with her love for beauty and wellness. Currently, Blair is also pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), further expanding her expertise in healthcare and aesthetics.

Melissa Mekhmoukh

Is a highly skilled Esthetician and Certified Laser Specialist with over 22 years of experience in the skincare industry. A graduate of the Atlanta School of Esthetics, Melissa thrives on building strong connections with her patients, taking a genuine interest in their lives, from family to hobbies and travel. Above all, she is passionate about educating her clients on achieving their healthiest skin.

Certified by the Georgia Composite Medical Board as an Assistant Cosmetic Laser Practitioner, Melissa brings extensive expertise in a wide range of advanced treatments, including BBL, Halo, Plasma Pen, Fraxel, CO2, Laser Vein, Laser Hair Removal, Acne Laser Treatment, Microneedling with PRP Growth Factor, Venus Freeze, Vanquish, HydraFacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and various facials tailored to treat acne, anti-aging, melasma, and rosacea.

In addition to in-office treatments, Melissa is well-versed in top-tier skincare lines such as Zo Skin Health, SkinMedica, Neocutis, Alastin, Revision, Skin Better, and EltaMD. Her deep knowledge allows her to offer personalized skincare recommendations that adapt to the changing needs of her clients throughout the year.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending quality time with her husband of 15 years and their two daughters, Sabrina and Maya. She loves being outdoors, traveling, and cherishing moments with family and friends.

Angela Tyler 

Is a highly experienced Licensed Esthetician with over 20 years in the industry. She has a deep passion for the med spa world, describing it as a place that “exemplifies and embodies change” — something she believes is always positive. Angela graduated from Nashville Tech in 2005 and the Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics in 2013. She holds certifications in Hydrafacial, BBL Sciton, Halo, and specializes in RF microneedling. Angela takes great care in listening to each client’s concerns, offering personalized skincare regimens that fit their lifestyle and promote transformative, positive results.

Arlen Olivares 

Is our dedicated Patient Coordinator and Marketing Representative, bringing over a decade of customer service experience and a strong medical background to the team. Her passion lies in crafting personalized, welcoming, and enjoyable experiences for every client. Excited to embark on her journey in the aesthetics industry, Arlen is committed to continuously expanding her knowledge to expertly guide patients through their skincare journeys. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with family and friends, caring for her animals, and exploring new culinary delights.
